You have 30 seconds. That’s it.

That’s how long it takes for a luxury customer to decide whether you’re trustworthy, polished, and professional—or not.
Here’s how to make sure their first impression is a lasting one:
1. Dress the Part
Luxury clients notice details.
Wear neutral tones, polished grooming, clean shoes, and a subtle fragrance. Less is more—your look is your pitch.
2. Move with Intention
Stand tall. Walk confidently. Maintain warm eye contact and an inviting smile. Never hover or interrupt a client browsing.
3. Say It Right
Don’t say:“How may I help you?” or “Are you looking for something in particular?”
Instead, try one of these more refined, service-oriented openings:
“Welcome to [Brand]. My name is [Name], and it’s my pleasure to assist you today.”
“Good afternoon, I’m [Name]. If I can help in any way, I’m here for you.”
“Welcome! Love your style—are you shopping for something special today?”
“It’s lovely to have you with us. I’m [Name], happy to help whenever you’re ready.”
