Smile First, Speak Second
A natural smile is more powerful than any scripted greeting.
Name + Welcome + Compliment
“Good afternoon, I’m Pooja. Welcome to [Brand Name] — love your style today.”
Avoid the Generic “Can I Help You?”
Instead, ask: “Would you like a quick tour of our new collection?” or “Are you looking for anything special today?”
Read Body Language
Is the client browsing, or do they look like they need support? Adjust accordingly.
